Location: UK (Aberdeen) with regional and offshore travel
Duration: 6β12 Months Contract
Key Responsibilities
- Gather technical requirements and produce detailed documentation for:
- Enterprise network connectivity
- Process Control Networks (PCN) and real-time data application environments
Offshore / Field Responsibilities
- Travel offshore for deployment activities (2β3 weeks at a time as required)
- Perform:
- Network installation and configuration
- Testing and fault finding
- Acceptance testing
- As-built documentation
Technical Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in industrial and enterprise networking
- Knowledge of OT / PCN / real-time data network environments
- Experience in network design, implementation, and documentation
- Familiar with secure network architecture and industrial cybersecurity practices
- Experience working in oil & gas, offshore, marine, or heavy industrial environments preferred
- Ability to work across multiple regions and time zones
Travel Requirements
- Onshore travel between regional locations
- Offshore travel as project demands require
- Comfortable working in offshore and industrial operational environments
Mandatory Offshore Certifications
- BOSIET (Global)
- MIST (Global)
- Basic Safety Training (region/sector specific as applicable)
- Donut Training (North Sea requirement)
- CA-EBS β Rebreather System (Global)
