We’re looking for a Global Business Development Manager who will play a pivotal role in attracting and winning high-potential customers, building lasting partnerships, and unlocking new revenue opportunities. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of our commercial strategy—identifying growth markets, cultivating relationships with major clients, and ensuring we achieve ambitious objectives outlined in our sales plan. - Identify new business opportunities in global markets and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain a sales pipeline using MEDDPICC Methodology to align with the growth ambition of the Global Forming Group.
- Travel requirement of 50% to meet with clients, attend industry events, and explore new business opportunities globally.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align business strategies.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while ensuring compliance with company policies and international regulations.
- Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs in various regions.
- Direct the business development strategy within and outside Global Forming and map and follow the policy for the business.
- Identify relevant market and customer developments and acquire customer opportunities.
- Manage new product introductions internally and externally in collaboration with the project leader.
- Develop and implement an annual sales plan for the focus accounts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, International Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in international account management or New Business Development.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Software including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Business Model Canvas, Strategyzer, Value Proposition (preferred).
