TecAlliance interconnects global automotive aftermarket with data, tools and knowledge from order to invoice. With over 1000 colleagues working relentlessly in 140 countries, we are owned by 34 automotive companies like Bosch, Continental, Rheinmetall, and ZF. We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.
You will be part of Global Business Applications and Processes Team (BizApps) – the team that makes the digital skeleton of the business work. BizApps manages and improves cloud-only TecStack, which includes Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, Sales, Finance and Operations, Commerce, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric. The team consists of Inhouse Consultants, Application Developers, and Data Engineers. Marcel and his team are excited to welcome you on board.
This newly created role is more than building Agents and Copilot use cases—it’s about being a discovery champion who can separate ideas with real business value from those that don’t. And once done, you´ll automate and execute them A-Z. You’ll steer automation into overall TecAlliance ensuring every solution delivers measurable impact - whether direct or indirect cost savings. Working in close partnership with our Lead Data Science and Machine Learning and his team, you’ll help shape the future of intelligent processes at TecAlliance.
Your Role & Impact:
- Requirements Engineering: Analyze and define requirements for Agent and Copilot use cases within TA, with a focus on the MSFT D365 platform.
- Use Case Design: Create detailed descriptions and workflows for Agents and Copilots.
- Implementation: Develop and configure D365 Agents and Copilots to support end-to-end processes e.g. Lead to Cash, Procure to Pay, and other processes.
- Process Optimization: Identify and implement agent use cases with copilot (studio) based improvements in business processes and process workflows.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business/process and IT teams to ensure successful adoption.
- Training & Support: Provide guidance and workshops for end-users on Agent and Copilot functionalities.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive automation and efficiency gains across CBS and CCS (our term for parts of the business) - owned business processes.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data structures and business processes, especially procurement (P2P).
- Technical knowledge of Agent modeling (Microsoft Copilot Studio) and the Dynamics 365 platform.
- Excellent communication skills and experience in workshop moderation.
- Proficiency in English (B2); highly advantageous is German (B2 preferred, B1 with willingness to improve).
