We act as an information hub and process facilitator for them, ensuring standardized processes that help clients save costs (process and indirect costs) and time through efficient processes enabled by our software.
You will be part of Marcel’s Business Applications and Processes Team (BizApps) – the team that makes the digital skeleton of the business work. BizApps manages and improves the cloud-only TecStack, which includes Microsoft D365 Customer Insights, Sales, Finance and Operations, Commerce, Customer Service, Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric. You´ll focus on finance process optimization. Connect business requirements with technical solutions to ensure efficient, secure, and compliant financial operations. You succeed by optimizing finance processes, ensuring security compliance, and driving adoption in D365 FO. If you are familiar with the security role management in D365 FO, this would be a big plus for us.
These applications are the backbone of our internal business processes (for example Lead 2 Cash) and enable efficient, secure operations across the company. The team consists of Inhouse Consultants, Application Developers, and Data Engineers. Marcel and his team are excited to welcome you on board.
Your Role & Impact:
- Finance Process Optimization: Analyze, design, and improve finance workflows in D365 FO to align with business objectives and best practices.
- Security Role Management: Develop, maintain, and audit security roles and permissions to ensure compliance, segregation of duties, and data protection.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with finance, procurement, and compliance teams to gather requirements and implement process and security changes.
- Training & Support: Provide training and guidance to end-users on finance processes.
- Documentation & Compliance: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for processes, security roles, and change management activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement enhancements to improve system functionality, user experience, and security.
- Project Participation: Contribute to strategic initiatives such as the Digital Backbone Program, the Global ERP Rollout or the Customer Excellence Project.
Your Profile:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field / similar education.
- In-depth experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, specifically in finance processes; experience in security role administration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in configuring D365 FO, setting up security roles, designing workflows, and generating reports.
- Proficiency in English (B2) and highly beneficial is German (B1 or higher).
