Buscamos um Especialista em Auditoria de Processos Workday com sólida experiência em auditoria de processos. Este profissional será responsável por apoiar uma nova área focada na auditoria interna de processos e produtos, garantindo a conformidade com regras e padrões internos e externos, com atenção especial aos fluxos relacionados ao sistema Workday.
Responsabilidades
- Conduzir auditorias internas de processos relacionados a produtos e soluções digitais
- Garantir conformidade com as polÃticas internas e exigências regulatórias
- Fornecer evidências e documentação para auditorias internas e externas
- Atuar como ponte entre a área de produto e os times de auditoria (internos e externos)
- Avaliar controles internos e propor melhorias contÃnuas
- Apoiar a formatação e estruturação da nova área com foco em governança e auditoria
- Mapear processos em diferentes produtos da organização, com foco na rastreabilidade e controle.
Requisitos
- Experiência prévia em auditoria interna ou externa com foco em processos
- Conhecimento sólido de Workday e dos fluxos de dados relacionados
- Experiência em documentação de evidências e suporte a auditorias
- Capacidade de trabalhar com múltiplos stakeholders e produtos simultaneamente
- Perfil analÃtico, detalhista e com forte senso de organização
- Inglês avançado para comunicação
- Experiência com SOX compliance ou frameworks de controle interno
- Familiaridade com processos de RH, folha de pagamento ou governança corporativa.
