Tec-source are looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to take over a £60 million project in Edinburgh starting ASAP.

Works involve overseeing and managing tasks in the Edinburgh council areas in occupied houses. Responsibilities include:

  • Fire door replacements
  • Fire stopping
  • Sprinkler installs
  • Containment

Must have previous experience or similar project experience and ideally be a Joiner by trade. SMSTS / SSSTS as a minimum is required.

Salary is negotiable depending on experience, ranging from £50-70k per annum.
