Tec-Source is recruiting for an experienced Structural Steel Site Manager for a project based in Norwich. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established contractor specialising in structural steel. The initial contract is expected to run for approximately 8 weeks, with the potential for further work.
The Role
- Oversee the day-to-day delivery of a hot rolled structural steel package.
- Coordinate site activities and subcontractors to ensure works are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.
- Liaise with the project team and attend site meetings.
- Ensure compliance with all health & safety requirements.
- Monitor quality, progress and programme delivery.
- Maintain site records and report on project performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing hot rolled structural steel projects.
- SMSTS.
- NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management (or equivalent).
- Temporary Works Supervisor qualification.
- Excellent leadership, communication and organisational skills.
