The predicted salary is between 48000 - 72000 £ per year.

Tec-source require an experienced Freelance Site Manager (Mechanical background) for a project in the Southbank area starting Monday 2nd February 2026 until end of March although this may be extended and lead to longer term work.

Works are as follows:

  • HVAC project to provide humidity control to the stores
  • Other small projects including fire door remedial works

You must have SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid as a minimum and be experienced managing these works. Rates are negotiable. Please apply if available.
