Role Overview

Short-term contract supporting pre‑construction planning of external cladding works. Ideal for candidates with site cladding experience and strong Microsoft Project skills, able to provide practical input to programmes and sequencing.

Key Requirements

• Site experience with external cladding (rainscreen, curtain wall, SFS, insulated render, façade/envelope)
• Proficient in Microsoft Project
• Experience supporting pre‑construction, planning, or tender programmes
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and buildability
• Available immediately or on short notice

Desirable

• Short‑term / interim contract experience
• Knowledge of Scottish construction practices
• Familiarity with NEC / JCT contracts
• Exposure to high‑rise, residential, or commercial façade projects
