TEC Partnership is seeking an organised, proactive Employability and Placement Coordinator to lead work-related learning and external placements for learners at Skegness College. You will collaborate with curriculum teams, managers and employers to ensure high-quality placements that develop skills and employability.
You will build strong employer relationships, monitor progress and placement quality, ensure health and safety compliance, and support feedback and references from providers.
