About the role
Following our transition to new premises, this is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and dedicated professional to contribute to the continued growth of our Building Services Department. We are seeking an individual with proven industry experience who is passionate about sharing these vital skills with our learners and committed to supporting their development, achievement, and future career progression. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a coherent learning programme through effective teamwork and will take responsibility for ensuring our learners have an excellent teaching and learning experience.
About the person
Whilst previous experience of teaching may be an advantage it is not essential and we would encourage applications from anyone who has considered transitioning into a teaching role or has a passion for educating others. This role will deliver elements of the curriculum across our building services department at our new purpose built Skegness site. The successful candidate will be responsible for the planning, delivery and assessment of learning and will work as part of a team of people at our Skegness College campus, providing education and training opportunities to the communities we serve.
