We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed T-Level Health Tutor to deliver high-quality teaching and support to learners studying the T-Level in Health. The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing learners for progression into skilled employment, apprenticeships, or higher education within the health and care sector. They will deliver engaging, industry relevant teaching aligned to the T Level Health specification, ensuring learners develop the knowledge, skills and behaviours required to succeed in the modern health workforce. This role includes close collaboration with employers, support for industry placements, and a strong focus on learner progress and wellbeing.

Requirements
- The successful candidate will hold a relevant qualification in Health, Healthcare, or a closely related subject at Level 3 or above, alongside a recognised teaching qualification (or a willingness to work towards one within an agreed timeframe).
- Applicants should have recent or relevant industry experience within the health sector, demonstrating a clear understanding of professional standards, safeguarding, confidentiality and employer expectations.
- Strong teaching and assessment skills are essential, with the ability to plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons that support a diverse range of learners.
- The role requires excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, the ability to motivate and support young people, and confidence in monitoring progress and providing constructive feedback.
- Experience of delivering vocational or technical qualifications, supporting industry placements, and embedding English, maths, digital and employability skills is highly desirable, as is a commitment to continuous professional development and maintaining up-to-date sector knowledge.

All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Clearance through the DBS, references that cover the last two years of employment and online screening. Other checks may also be required. Please note that all employees must have Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
