With dedicated teaching professionals across a variety of subject areas, we are seeking a passionate and ambitious Programme Leader to join our team based at our Scarborough campus. The Faculty of Creative and Digital is looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Programme Leader in Art and Design to join the well‑established team. This is a fast‑paced and diverse role in which you will work closely with other Programme Leaders and the Head of Faculty to provide high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop an innovative curriculum linked to industry
- Teach, learn and assess in line with awarding body and TEC partnership standards
- Maintain records
- Analyse data and produce reports using a range of systems
- Meet with parents and attend other college events
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication skills
- Occupational competence in the art and design industry
- Relevant industry qualifications
- Level 2/GCSE Maths and English
- Level 3 in Art and Design (or equivalent)
- Prior experience working in a teaching position
- Experience of analysing data and writing reports
- Teaching qualification (or willing to work towards)
