We are seeking a passionate and ambitious Maths Team Lead to join our team based at our Scarborough TEC & East Riding College, Bridlington campuses. As team lead for Maths you will inspire, drive high‑quality teaching, learning and outcomes, raising standards, innovating curriculum delivery and ensuring every learner has the essential skills to succeed. You will support colleagues to deliver engaging and effective sessions and lead innovative approaches that build learner confidence. This role will help shape the experiences of our students. We seek individuals who are passionate about Maths education, can lead with purpose, positivity and professionalism, thrive on supporting others, and help them succeed. You will have a strong foundation in Maths, including proven experience teaching GCSE/Functional Skills Maths, and will be highly organised and ambitious.
