We are seeking a passionate and ambitious English Team Lead to join our team at our Scarborough TEC & East Riding College, Bridlington campuses. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation by inspiring, forward‑thinking, and driving high‑quality teaching, learning, and outcomes across our provision.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of high‑quality English teaching and curriculum at a senior level.
- Drive innovation in curriculum delivery and ensure every learner achieves essential skills.
- Support and develop colleagues to deliver engaging and effective sessions.
- Champion approaches that build learners' confidence and shape their learning experiences.
- Serve as a role model of purpose, positivity, and professionalism within the team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience teaching GCSE/Functional Skills Maths or English.
- Strong foundation in your subject area.

- Literacy and numeracy to at least Level 2.
