About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional personal assistant to provide professional and high‑level support to our Executive Leadership Team. In this pivotal role, you will be a main point of contact for internal colleagues, students and external visitors—representing our organisation with confidence, warmth and professionalism at all times. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with proven experience in complex, confidential and fast‑moving administrative environments—ideally within a large organisation or education setting—who is looking for a rewarding and influential role.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing seamless, high‑quality administrative and organisational support to senior leaders
- Coordinating diaries, meetings and events with precision and forward‑thinking
- Handling highly confidential information with absolute professionalism
- Building strong relationships with staff, students and external stakeholders
- Preparing reports, documentation and communications to support strategic priorities
- Acting as an ambassador for the Executive Team—ensuring a positive, professional and welcoming experience for all visitors
