Responsibilities

Ensure apprentices successfully start, progress and complete their apprenticeship in a timely manner. Support apprentices through their qualification ensuring they are prepared and ready for gateway. Carry learning reviews with apprentices remotely and ensure employers support and engage with the qualification. Support all elements of the apprenticeship and work closely with colleagues to ensure an excellent experience.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 Maths and English or be prepared to work towards.
  • Level 3 Assessors Award / Award in Education and Training or equivalent or be prepared to work towards.
  • Level 5 CIPD People Professional Qualification and/or have at least 3 years experience as a manager with HR experience.
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Teams and other Microsoft tools.
  • Highly self-motivated, able to manage own workload and adapt effectively to change.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Professional approach essential at all times, and willingness to travel to the college when required, although limited.
