Overview
As the Community Learning Centre Coordinator, you will be responsible for the day-to-day coordination and delivery of front-facing services. You will play a pivotal role in supporting learners by ensuring our centres are welcoming, efficient, and equipped with up-to-date resources that promote engaging teaching, learning and assessment experience.
Responsibilities
- You will line manage a team of Community Skills Facilitators and Learning Centre Administrators, including setting performance targets, monitoring progress, and supporting development.
- You will oversee the daily operations and service delivery at the Community Learning Centres, ensuring a high-quality experience for all stakeholders.
- The post holder will lead quality assurance and self-assessment activities within the service area, establishing and maintaining high service standards.
- The post holder will also monitor and evaluate performance and user satisfaction to drive continuous improvement.
