About the role

We are looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Learner Advisor Team Leader to join our well-established team. The position is part of a well-functioning, friendly, fast-paced, diverse and interesting, key front-line service. As a Team Leader, the post holder would need to be confident in ensuring the team are trained and equipped to fulfil their job role to a high standard, managing rotas, producing reports and working towards team Key Performance Indicators. The role supports both external and internal customers and involves some evening and occasional weekend work.

About the person

The successful candidate will have an appropriate level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area i.e. business administration, customer service or information, advice and guidance. Previous experience within a supervisory role is preferred although not essential. You must however, have knowledge and experience of further and higher education programmes and vocational qualifications as you provide advice on our courses to new learners.
