The People and Culture Team have an opportunity for an experienced HR Professional to join their team in a role which will be responsible for providing a high quality and effective investigatory service for a range of Employee Relations cases. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting full and thorough investigations, facilitating meetings, attending hearings and handling appeals whilst also creating clear and succinct reports within agreed timescales. The Investigating Manager will also provide advice on cases, policies and procedures whilst maintaining confidentiality.
The successful applicant will have demonstrable experience of investigative work and will have a proven track record of handling investigations objectively and with impartiality. The ideal candidate will be an excellent written and verbal communicator and be confident taking part in difficult conversations. Applications will be welcomed from a range of sectors.
