ÂŁ23,750 FTE (ÂŁ8,537.16 pro rata per annum)

14.5 hours per week, 40 weeks per year

The Grimsby Institute is part of the TEC Partnership, a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation.

About the role

As an Inclusion Practitioner you would be in a class supporting one learner, a group of specific learners on a 1-1 basis or the whole class. You will also be required to support learners with physical difficulties and medical conditions. Screening learners for support, keeping track of learners’ progress, monitoring support needs and liaising with teaching staff and the Inclusion team is essential to this post.

About the person

The successful candidate will have experience of working with young people and adults with varying levels of specific learning difficulties, sensory impairments and social, emotional or/and behavioural difficulties. You must be patient and flexible within the role.
