We are seeking an ICT Technician to provide reliable, customer‑focused IT support within a Further or Higher Education environment. The role involves delivering first and second-line technical support for staff and students, maintaining ICT systems, networks, devices, and learning technologies, and providing classroom and audio‑visual support to underpin teaching, learning, and assessment.

The postholder will support user account and device management, promote secure and appropriate use of ICT in line with safeguarding, GDPR, and health.
