As our Head of Estates Operations, I will provide operational leadership across all aspects of estates services. I will oversee planned and reactive maintenance, statutory compliance, facilities management, capital projects and environmental sustainability.
Qualifications
- Level 2/GCSE English and Maths
- Significant experience in estates, engineering or facilities management, ideally in a multi-site or educational environment
- Strong working knowledge of statutory compliance and building services (electrical systems, HVAC, water hygiene, fire systems)
- Proven experience managing maintenance programmes, compliance functions and capital projects
- Demonstrable leadership of multi-disciplinary teams
- Experience managing budgets and delivering value for money
