With dedicated teaching professionals across a variety of subject areas, we are seeking a passionate and ambitious Teaching & Learning Coach to join our team based at The Grimsby Institute.

As a Teaching and Learning Coach at TEC Partnership, you will work closely with hard‑working educators, helping them build confidence, try new approaches, and feel proud of the impact they make every day. You will share ideas, offer practical guidance, and celebrate progress together, creating classrooms where teachers feel valued and learners feel motivated to succeed.

The successful candidate will have strong coaching and mentoring ability, with excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills. You will need a high level of integrity, professionalism and a flexible and adaptable approach. Additional qualifications and qualities include:

  • Outstanding teaching, learning and assessment practice
  • Confident in the use of digital skills and AI
  • Recent high‑quality teaching experience (good or outstanding)
  • Minimum three years’ experience working in an educational setting
  • Experience of lesson observation and developmental feedback
  • Experience of course management and working within college procedures
  • Experience supporting quality improvement in teaching and learning
