  • Monitor behaviour data and contribute to improvement plans.
  • Support safeguarding processes and liaise with relevant staff when concerns arise.
  • Communicate effectively with parents/carers regarding behaviour matters.
  • Contribute to campus culture by modelling professionalism, respect and high expectations.

You will demonstrate resilience, calmness under pressure, and excellent judgement with the ability to lead confidently in challenging or fast-paced situations. You will have strong communication skills and the ability to build trust quickly.

You will be able to apply policy consistently while taking a supportive, solution-focused approach, and will be confident in leading difficult conversations and driving positive change. The ability to work effectively with a wide range of teams, including safeguarding and curriculum staff, is essential.
