We are seeking an enthusiastic and ambitious Programme Leader in Travel & Tourism to lead and develop a thriving curriculum area.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine high-quality teaching with curriculum leadership, supporting learners to achieve their full potential and progress into higher education, apprenticeships and successful careers in the industry.

As Programme Leader, you will shape an engaging and inclusive learning experience, lead a team committed to excellence, and drive high standards of achievement, attendance and progression.

You will oversee the full learner journey, from recruitment through to completion, while working closely with employers and industry partners, promoting enrichment opportunities, and providing strong pastoral support.

We are looking for a motivated individual with excellent communication and organisational skills who can inspire both learners and colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement across the programme.
