The Apprenticeship Department is now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Vocational Trainer Coach in Plumbing and Heating to join our well‑established team. This dynamic and rewarding role involves working closely with the tutor, Performance Manager and Operation Manager to deliver high‑quality learning experiences to apprentices on Heating and Plumbing.

Qualifications & Experience

Applicants should have excellent communication skills, a strong focus on learner engagement and professional standards, and be well‑organised, proactive and committed to delivering high‑quality teaching and learning. Minimum qualifications include Level 2/GCSE English and Maths; CAVA Level 3 or equivalent competency qualifications to assess practice; knowledge of apprenticeship standards; and at least five years of competent experience. All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Clearance through the DBS, references covering the last two years of employment and online screening. Other checks may also be required. Please note that all employees must have Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
