The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

We are now looking for a People and Talent Assistant to join our People & Culture department. The role will involve working closely with the wider People & Culture Team, managers and employees to provide a full range of administrative support, ensuring that all HR processes are undertaken efficiently and timely. You will be involved in core People processes, mainly the end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including advertising vacancies, issuing contracts and letters, and completing pre‑employment checks. The position will involve some cross‑campus travel.

The successful candidate must have strong administrative skills and experience working to tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment, be able to work on your own initiative and be a strong team player. Excellent communication skills are required to provide great customer service. Previous knowledge of HR would be advantageous but not essential, as full training will be provided.

Location and Operations

TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14‑16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus. Requirements

  • All posts are subject to an Enhanced Disclosure Clearance through the DBS.
  • References that cover the last two years of employment and other checks may also be required.
  • All employees must have Literacy and Numeracy to at least Level 2.
