The post would be within the Learner Advisor Team based in Grimsby, mainly centered around administration of learner disciplinaries but with a requirement to also cover reception and switchboard, admissions and bursary processing as required. The postholder will also cover disciplinary administration for Skegness College in liaison with staff teams there.
The postholder needs to be confident and professional, able to work with managers, support teams and curriculum staff, external agencies, learners and parents/carers. Communication, literacy and diplomacy skills are crucial. The postholder needs a degree of flexibility to cover admissions events such as open events.
