TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14‑16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also. Our student support staff are passionate about making a real difference to our learners’ potential.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high‑quality, learner‑centred support services, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive. You will work collaboratively with curriculum teams, external agencies, and families to implement tailored support strategies, contribute to Education Health Care Plans (EHCPs), and facilitate smooth transitions into Further Education.
About the person
The successful candidate will have a strong and proven background in learner support and the EHC plan process. In addition to this you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, have a proven record in partnership working and building excellent external relations. Sound knowledge and understanding of the code of practice and the requirement of OFSTED is essential. Candidates should also have prior experience working in a support role with management responsibilities. You will need to have experience of analysing data and writing reports and be ICT competent.
