The predicted salary is between 26000 - 37000 £ per year.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will deliver engaging, certificated and non-regulated training employment related training, alongside supporting learners with improving their Math, English, and sector-specific skills. As an employability and skills tutor you will also build strong relationships with employers to create valuable opportunities for learners, monitor learner progress, complete action plans, and ensure they reach their goals.

Qualifications & Experience

In addition, you will contribute to a high-quality learning experience with effective processes and quality assurance, invigilate exams, and continuously update teaching materials. The successful candidate will have experience in delivering training to unemployed learners in classroom and virtual settings. You will need to have a background in education, training, or employability with Internal Quality Assurance knowledge, with knowledge of the Local Labour Market and funded projects is a plus! Candidates should have: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organised, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Strong IT skills, confident with Microsoft packages. Level 3 or higher teacher/training qualification. Assessor qualification preferred. IQA qualification (or willingness to work towards this). Level 2 ICT (or willingness to obtain within 6 months). Level 3 Vocational qualification. You must have your own transport and be willing to travel between sites (mileage reimbursed).

TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14‑16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also.
