We are seeking an ICT Technician to provide reliable, customer-focused IT support within a Further or Higher Education environment. The role involves delivering first and second-line technical support for staff and students, maintaining ICT systems, networks, devices, and learning technologies, and providing classroom and audio-visual support to underpin teaching, learning, and assessment.

TEC Partnership is made up of four colleges, two training providers, a 14-16 provision and a nursery, stretching from Scarborough to Skegness with a Nottingham based campus also. The postholder will support user account and device management, promote secure and appropriate use of ICT in line with safeguarding, GDPR, and health & safety requirements, and contribute to service improvement through effective documentation, teamwork, and ongoing professional development.
