About the role
As part of the Inclusion team, the Learning Support Advisor works closely with the Head of Inclusion, Inclusion Coordinators and Tutors to support learners with Educational Health Care Plans and Special Educational Needs, providing high quality support across the college.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain relevant college information systems
- Contribute to Inclusion Plans
- Provide pastoral support and out of class social intervention
- Deliver one‑to‑one intervention
- Contribute to annual reviews
- Adapt resources
- Assist with personal care where required

- Possess or are willing to work towards a Level 3 qualification in learning support
- General education to at least Level 2 standard
