East Riding College is part of the TEC Partnership, a large, innovative, dynamic and financially sound organisation. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Inclusion to lead our Inclusion team and champion support for learners with learning difficulties, differences, and disabilities across the Institute. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the delivery of high‑quality, learner‑centred support services, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to thrive. You will work collaboratively with curriculum teams, external agencies, and families to implement tailored support strategies, contribute to Education Health and Care Plans (EHCPs), and facilitate smooth transitions into Further Education.

About the person

The successful candidate will have a strong and proven background in learner support and the EHC plan process. In addition to this, you will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills, a proven record in partnership working and building excellent external relations. Sound knowledge and understanding of the code of practice and OFSTED requirements is essential. Candidates should also have prior experience working in a support role with management responsibilities, experience analysing data and writing reports, and be ICT competent.
