Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the next generation?, The Apprenticeship Department is now looking to appoint a motivated and enthusiastic Bricklaying Tutor to join our well-established team.
This is a dynamic and rewarding role where you will work closely with the Performance Manager and Operation Manager to deliver high-quality teaching experiences to our apprentices on the bricklaying, construction support technician and Design technician apprenticeships.
The successful candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills with a strong focus on learner engagement and professional standards.
They will be well-organised, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality teaching in Bricklaying/Civil Engineering Candidates should also have:
- Level 3 or above qualification in Brickwork
- CAVA or equivalent or willingness to work towards
- Prior experience working in a construction environment.
- Level 2/GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
- Teaching qualification or willingness to work towards one (e. g. PGCE, Cert Ed)
- Competence in using ICT to support teaching, learning, and assessment
