I am hiring a Senior Logistics Co-Ordinator to join our client on a full-time, permanent basis. Based at their Great Yarmouth facility, you will play a vital role in managing all aspects of shipping and logistics. From ensuring compliance with customs regulations to coordinating cost-effective and timely shipments, your expertise will drive efficient global operations. Key Responsibilities of this Senior Logistics Co-Ordinator: Create despatch notes, import/export commercial invoices, and cargo summary tickets. Liaise with freight forwarders for quotations and facilitate efficient worldwide equipment shipping. Ensure compliance with company and legislative requirements for imports and exports. Maintain accurate logistical files, satisfying audit requirements. Provide expert logistical advice to colleagues across global sites. Validate freight invoices and manage documentation to meet record-keeping standards. Participate in an out-of-hours rota and support additional company locations as needed.
