Job Description: As a Development Engineer, you will spearhead the design and development of impactful medical devices, providing leadership to a diverse team to navigate projects from concept to reality, all while ensuring adherence to the highest standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and development of complex mechanical components for cutting-edge medical devices, emphasizing functionality, manufacturability, and regulatory adherence.
- Provide expert guidance to cross-functional teams, including R&D, Quality Assurance, and Manufacturing, ensuring seamless integration of mechanical systems.
- Conduct and oversee feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance testing to validate design concepts.
