What You\’ll Do

  • Design, implement, and maintain mechatronic systems, including PLCs, microcontrollers, and motor controllers

  • Develop test plans, perform debugging, and drive root-cause analysis for production and prototype systems

  • Work cross-functionally with manufacturing, mechanical, and software engineers to rapidly iterate designs

  • Own projects end-to-end, from requirements gathering through to release and field support

  • Proactively identify and solve technical challenges in a high-urgency, high-accountability environment

  • What We\’re Looking For

    2-4 years of experience in mechatronics, controls engineering, robotics, or closely related fields
    Strong proficiency in PLCs, microcontrollers, and motor controllers
    Solid track record of debugging and solving complex engineering problems
    Comfortable working hands-on in a manufacturing or lab setting
    Demonstrated ownership of processes or systems (end-to-end delivery)
    Proactive mindset, a bias for action, and willingness to step outside your lane to get things done

    Bonus (Nice-to-Have)

  • Experience in high-growth hardware environments (e.g., advanced robotics startups, aerospace newspace companies, etc.)

  • Familiarity with casting, metal manufacturing, or industrial-scale automation systems
