Job Description
GPO – Global Process Owner\\nLocation: Hybrid – Aldermaston / Paddington (2 days per week onsite, some flexibility for meetings)\\nContract: 12 months\\nRate: £72-£82 per hour (Umbrella)\\nIR35: Inside IR35\\n\\nAre you a proactive and experienced product or process leader ready to take ownership of complex procurement processes? This is a new, high-impact role leading P2P process improvement, system implementation, and content strategy for a transformation programme. You'll bring clarity and structure to a system and team under pressure, driving efficiency and user-focused solutions.\\n\\nKey Responsibilities\\n\\nTake end-to-end ownership of P2P processes, ensuring clarity, efficiency, and alignment with organisational objectives.\\nLead system implementation and embedding, preferably with Jaggaer or similar SaaS platforms.\\nConduct complex process mapping and engineering, translating stakeholder requirements into actionable improvements.\\nApply UX and user-centred design principles, including conducting user research and usability testing.\\nBuild and deliver a product/digital roadmap for P2P processes and related systems.\\nDefine and monitor KPIs to measure adoption, performance, and process improvements.\\nDrive continuous improvement post-launch, including optimisation of content and workflows.\\nEngage and influence stakeholders at all levels, internal and external.\\n\\nAbout You\\n\\n5+ years' experience in product management, ideally within SaaS or digital transformation environments.\\nProven track record in content/process transformation, including roadmap delivery and stakeholder prioritisation.\\nStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.\\nSkilled in complex process mapping, analytics, and problem-solving.\\nComfortable working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams.\\nKnowledge or awareness of compliance, governance, and regulatory reporting in procurement or digital systems.Desirable:\\n\\nDirect experience with Jaggaer or similar commercial/procurement systems.\\nBackground in commercial or defence transformation programmes.\\nFormal certifications: Agile, Scrum, Prince2, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).\\nExperience mentoring and developing teams, delivering content strategies, and maintaining content guidelines.\\n\\nWhy Apply?\\n\\nThis is a high-impact, senior role where you will lead the improvement of procurement processes, system implementations, and content strategy.
