About the Opportunity
An early-stage startup is building the only platform for self-improving voice AI agents. After closing a $4.5M seed round, the company has experienced rapid growth, doubling in size within just eight weeks. They are now looking for a Founding Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of core features and play a key role in shaping both the product and company culture.
The Role
- Own and deliver entire features and projects end-to-end.
- Ship optimizations and refactors to improve system performance.
- Engage directly with customers to understand their needs.
- Build intuitive and delightful user experiences.
- Work within real-time, low-latency constraints to develop high-performance applications.
What We're Looking For
- Experience with TypeScript + Next.js or a similar frontend framework.
- Experience with Python and modern async patterns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate technical ideas.
- A startup mindset - willing to take ownership, iterate quickly, and adapt to uncertainty.

Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Founding Engineer, Senior Engineer, Staff Engineer, or Principal Engineer.
