About the Role
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Scientist to join our R&D team. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support R&D projects focused on chemistry instruments and laboratory technologies, from concept through to commercialization.
- Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product development, etc.) and external partners to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Conduct detailed experiments, data analysis, and product evaluations to optimize performance and innovation.

- Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent experience in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in chemistry instruments, laboratory technologies, and product development.
- Strong background in leading and managing R&D projects in a scientific environment.
- Solid understanding of customer‑driven product development, including aligning technology with market needs.
- Excellent data analysis, problem‑solving, and experimental design skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information clearly and effectively.
