What you’ll be doing:

  • Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries related to product setup, configuration, and performance
  • Escalating more complex issues to engineering and product teams while ensuring clear communication throughout
  • Documenting support activity and contributing to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides
  • Delivering remote and in‑person training sessions to help customers gain confidence with products
  • Building long‑term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical contact
  • Feeding customer insights back to the development teams to support product improvements

What we’re looking for:

  • A recent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
  • Some knowledge of programming (e.g. C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW or VeriStand)
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset
  • Clear, confident communication and the ability to work well with customers
  • A proactive, adaptable approach – comfortable in a fast‑paced, technical environment
  • Familiarity with test and measurement equipment or instrument control standards (PXI, LXI, VISA, IVI)
  • Experience with CRM or support tools such as Salesforce ServiceCloud
