As a Graduate Customer Support Engineer, you will be part of a collaborative team focused on helping customers get the best out of high‑performance electronic systems. You will work across installation, configuration, and technical troubleshooting, while developing a strong foundation in product knowledge, software tools, and customer communication.
What you’ll be doing:
- Troubleshooting and resolving technical queries related to product setup, configuration, and performance
- Escalating more complex issues to engineering and product teams while ensuring clear communication throughout
- Documenting support activity and contributing to knowledge bases and troubleshooting guides
- Delivering remote and in‑person training sessions to help customers gain confidence with products
- Building long‑term relationships with customers, acting as a trusted technical contact
- Feeding customer insights back to the development teams to support product improvements
What we’re looking for:
- A recent Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electronics, Computer Science, or related discipline)
- Some knowledge of programming (e.g. C#, .NET, Python, LabVIEW or VeriStand)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset
- Clear, confident communication and the ability to work well with customers
- A proactive, adaptable approach – comfortable in a fast‑paced, technical environment
- Familiarity with test and measurement equipment or instrument control standards (PXI, LXI, VISA, IVI)
- Experience with CRM or support tools such as Salesforce ServiceCloud
