TEC Partners is recruiting an experienced CNC Miller to join its clients precision machining team. This is a hands-on role producing high-quality components to tight tolerances in a clean, professional, and well-equipped workshop.
Responsibilities
- Produce precision components using CNC milling machines
- Work from engineering drawings and technical documentation
- Manufacture parts to tight tolerances and high-quality finishes
- Inspect and sign off your own work using measuring equipment
- Complete quality and inspection documentation
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organised working area
- Support continuous improvement and best practice on the shop floor
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a CNC Miller
- Experience working on 3, 4 & 5-axis milling machines
- Familiar with Heidenhain controls (Fanuc beneficial)
- Able to work to tight tolerances (around 20 microns)
- Experience machining large components (up to 2.5m) advantageous
- Confident using precision measuring equipment
- Reliable, flexible, and quality-driven
