Key Responsibilities:- Manage construction contracts and subcontractor relationships across multiple programmes.
- Lead procurement and tendering activities in line with NEC3 / NEC4 contract frameworks.

- Monitor contractor and supplier performance, resolving issues and escalating risks where required.
