I'm partnering with a growing organisation that is looking to appoint an experienced Compliance Officer to support and strengthen their internal compliance framework. This is a great opportunity for someone who can confidently advise teams, manage regulatory requirements, and take ownership of compliance activity across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements, including Data Protection and Anti-Bribery.
- Support teams across Sales, Programme, Service Support, and Procurement with compliance guidance.
- Maintain and promote internal compliance and ethics policies.
- Monitor regulatory updates and advise the business on required changes.
- Conduct due diligence checks and risk assessments on third parties and transactions.
- Support compliance across the contract and programme lifecycle.
- Complete DPIAs, maintain processing records, and respond to data protection queries and subject access requests.
- Assist with compliance training and support investigations into potential non-compliance issues.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in a compliance-focused or regulatory role.
- Strong understanding of Data Protection and Anti-Bribery regulations.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and report-writing skills.
