Project Manager – Business Applications & Legacy Systems Worthing (Hybrid) £We’re seeking a delivery-focused Project Manager with a track record of navigating complex, legacy-heavy environments. We\’re partnering with a long-standing organisation on the South Coast looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of business-critical applications, working across an intricate ecosystem of integrated legacy systems. This is a permanent role offering the chance to work at the heart of transformation – where your ability to drive change in a challenging tech landscape will truly make a difference. Leading end-to-end project delivery across business application and system implementations. Working within structured SDLC frameworks, ensuring robust planning and governance. Driving delivery through strong stakeholder engagement and hands-on project management. Proven experience managing SDLC-aligned delivery projects and experience scoping and delivery medium to large IT projects. A strong background in business application implementation (non-development). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
