A growing diagnostics team are seeking experienced R&D Engineers to support the design, prototyping, and testing of electro-mechanical systems for a next-gen diagnostic platform. This is a hands-on contract role suited to engineers with a strong background in mechanical systems, fluidics, and product development within regulated industries.
What you’ll be doing:
- Design, build, and test systems, sub-systems, and lab fixtures to meet evolving project requirements
- Lead experiments to optimise performance and troubleshoot technical challenges
- Analyse, interpret, and present experimental results clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software, electronics, IC design, and process engineering
- Support the development and testing of prototype instruments both in-house and with external partners
