You’ll be joining a dedicated PLM team of over 20 specialists, led by an experienced leader who has been with the business for over 8 years, offering clear direction, stability and strong technical mentorship. The Role
This is a hands-on PLM Consultant / Architect position working across the full project lifecycle, from early-stage solution design through to implementation and optimisation. You’ll work closely with customers to understand complex engineering and business challenges, shaping and delivering scalable PLM solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Engaging with stakeholders to define PLM strategy and requirements
- Designing and architecting PLM solutions aligned to business needs
- Leading or contributing to implementations and system integrations
- Customising and configuring PLM platforms (particularly Windchill)
- Supporting pre-sales activities, demos and solution proposals
- Working as part of a highly collaborative, experienced consultancy team

- 5+ years’ experience in PLM consulting or architecture
- Strong experience with PTC Windchill
- Experience across solution design, configuration and deployment
- Ability to engage both technically and commercially with customers
