TEC Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering and manufacturing business for a highly experienced Global Programme Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes, with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead global NPI programmes from concept through to launch
- Manage schedules, resources, budgets and risk across multiple projects
- Work closely with international stakeholders and technical teams
- Ensure governance, quality, and compliance standards are upheld
- Present progress to senior leadership and mentor internal project teams
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 5 years’ technical programme management experience
- At least 2 years in a leadership role
- Background in electronics, engineering, or similar technical domain. Examples of sectors would be R&D, Electronic Manufacturing or Aerospace/Defence (i.e Highly regulated industries)
- Industry-recognised programme/project management qualification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2)
- Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
- Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
