The predicted salary is between 55200 - 79200 £ per year.

Location: Norwich, UK

Salary: Up to £92,000 + bonus + benefits.

Relocation: Relocation Support Available.

TEC Partners are recruiting on behalf of a leading global engineering and manufacturing business for a highly experienced Global Programme Manager. This is a key leadership role, responsible for driving the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional programmes, with a particular focus on New Product Introduction (NPI) or New Product Development (NPD).

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead global NPI programmes from concept through to launch
  • Manage schedules, resources, budgets and risk across multiple projects
  • Work closely with international stakeholders and technical teams
  • Ensure governance, quality, and compliance standards are upheld
  • Present progress to senior leadership and mentor internal project teams

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years’ technical programme management experience
  • At least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Background in electronics, engineering, or similar technical domain. Examples of sectors would be R&D, Electronic Manufacturing or Aerospace/Defence (i.e Highly regulated industries)
  • Industry-recognised programme/project management qualification (APM, PMP, PRINCE2)
  • Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills
