We are currently seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to join our client on a 12-month contract based in Colchester. This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting‑edge automation projects in a hands‑on, fully on‑site role.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and program PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems to a high standard
- Produce technical documentation including manuals, test procedures, and system specifications
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams, providing technical expertise and support
- Contribute to the development of new products and system improvements
- Follow and support project timelines set by the Systems Engineering Manager
- Assist with troubleshooting, testing, and commissioning activities
Requirements
- Strong experience with PLC programming
